Why school league tables are wrong

Why the Education Regulation 2007 must stay in place.

The NSW Government is considering legislative change to the requirement under the Education Regulation 2007 (under the Education Act 1990) which would enable the creation and publication of league tables of school performance in national tests in literacy and numeracy. This change must be vigorously opposed in the interests of children, families and the wider community.
