Promotions hearings for minority awards set

Hearing of the additional promotions classifications claims in all relevant minority awards and for the hearing of claims for all classifications for the National Art School will be heard in February and March 2005.

Federation has claims of up to 25 percent in total for classifications in each award, which includes the 12 per cent increases in salaries and rates of pay increases already provided (where applicable) for the following classifications:

Bradfield College (Department of Education and Training) Salaries and Conditions Award

Assistant Director Learning Coordinator

NSW Adult Migrant English Service Crown Employees (Teachers and Related Employees) Award

Operations Manager

Senior Education Officer (Class II)

Senior Education Officer (Class I)

 

Crown Employees (Saturday School of Community Languages) Award

Supervisor Assistant

Supervisor Coordinator

Crown Employees (National Art School, Academic Staff) Salaries and Conditions Award

Head of Studies and Principal Lecturer Senior Lecturer

Crown Employees (Office of the Board of Studies -- Education Officers) Salaries and Conditions Award

Chief Education Officer

Principal Education Officer

Senior Education Officer Grade 2

Higher School Certificate and School Certificate Marking and Related Casual Employees Rates of Pay and Conditions Award

Supervisor of Marking

HSC Advice Line Operations Manager

Assistant Supervisor of Marking Subject Coordinator, HSC Advice Line Assistant Officer in Charge, HSC Inquiry Centre

Crown Employees (Institute Managers in TAFE) Salaries and Conditions Award

Institute Manager (TAFE)

 

 

The IRC has set a directions hearing for the above awards on December 14, 2004.
