Wiradjuri song at language policy launch

Darlington Public School has hosted locals, community elders, leaders and dignitaries to the launch of the new Aboriginal Languages Syllabus.

NSW Education and Aboriginal Affairs Minister Dr Andrew Refshauge gave the opening address. Words of praise and gratitude were expressed by all the speakers on the implementation of this new policy by the Board of Studies.

Darlington students entertained guests by singing songs in Wiradjuri.
