Transfers bring new enthusiasm
Having a turn-over of teachers brings new enthusiasm into a school, says Wendy Fleming. Wendy taught in Tasmania and gained her first permanent appointment to Brewarrina in 1998 after a long stint as a casual in Grafton. After three years she started applying for a transfer. An incentive transfer came through and she started at Sanctuary Point Public School on the south coast in 2002. Wendy said she is very happy in her school.
