Did you do your teacher training overseas?

by Dean Newbold

Federation is seeking written submissions from teachers who did part or all of their training overseas so that we may better support this group of our members.

The questions we are seeking responses to are:

  • What are the issues for teachers who were trained overseas?
  • How can overseas trained teachers be better supported by DET? The NSW Teachers Federation?

Submissions should be sent by Wednesday October 15 to Dean Newbold on fax (02) 9622 9368, or by mail to NSW Teachers Federation, Blacktown Regional Office, Kildare Court, Suite 11, 15-17 Kildare Road, Blacktown 2148.
