Radio script 1

No wonder most Australian parents still believe public education has the edge. Reflecting the realities of our modern world, public schools are better able to prepare students for today's competitive challenges and demanding workplaces.

Visit your local public school this week on Public Education Day. Meet the students and their dedicated teachers. Share their pride in their achievements.

Please show your support, because only then will governments listen and properly invest in public education.

Radio script 2

On Public Education Day this week, you are invited to your local school to meet the students and their dedicated teachers.

You will see how our public schools today epitomise traditional Australian values and provide a world class education with opportunities for all -- ensuring we can remain one of the world's most successful, tolerant and safe nations.

That's why governments must invest more in our great public education system.

Radio script 3

This Thursday we are celebrating a great Australian success story.

Come and see for yourself how your local public schools and TAFE colleges provide a world class education with opportunities for all our children, and teachers who are inspiring the next generation.

Be proud of their achievements and the unique role they play in making Australia one of the world's most successful, tolerant and safe nations.

Public Education -- it's a great investment.
