IRC Order and Directions

Order:

A1      The NSW Teachers Federation, by its officers, employees and members employed by the Department of Education and Communities is hereby ordered to refrain from taking industrial action on 27 June 2012.

Directions:

B1      The NSW Teachers Federation and its officers are hereby directed to take all reasonable steps to ensure that members of the NSW Teachers Federation comply with order A1, including notifying its members of this order by positing the Order in a prominent position on its website no later than 3.00pm on Monday 25 June 2012.

C1      Pursuant to s.136 (1) of the Industrial Relations Act 1996 the Commission makes the following directions:

          This order and directions shall take effect immediately and shall remain in force until                           31 December 2012.
