The NSW Teachers Federation distributed a petition at the SkyChannel meetings today, strongly objecting to the proposed DET restructure and the loss of up to 1000 positions. Members in schools and colleges are being asked to sign the petition in support of their non school based teaching service and TAFE colleagues. This edition of The OCAA online newsletter asks you to download the petition and get as many signatures as possible.

This short edition deals with the recommendation which was endorsed at the rally in Farrer Place on 8 July 2003.
