Centenary Competitions

We have made a change to the competition closing date to ensure we have a suitable quantity of entries to make the competition as robust as it needs to be. Many members reached out to us asking for extensions of time and expressing their regret that they could not enter within the timeframe. We considered these requests and felt it was in the best interests of the competition to extend the deadline. If you have already submitted your work and would like to re-edit and re-submit your work, with more time to review and consider your entry, please do so — as we wish to make the competition fair for everyone.

Entries must be received by the NSW Teachers Federation by Wednesday, 26 September, 2018. Entries will be accepted by email only.

Forward to centenary@nswtf.org.au. All care will be taken with your entry.

The NSW Teachers Federation will not be liable for any lost or damaged work. Entries will not be returned. The NSW Teachers Federation’s independent judges will choose the finalists for exhibit at Federation House in Term 4 of the centenary year.

All finalists will be contacted directly and announced on Federation’s website.

Prizes will be awarded at the opening of the exhibit – futher details to come.

Preselection and competition decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Closing date extended to Wednesday 26 September
