Australian National Committee for UN Women - Webinar

On December 1st, the Australian National Committee for UN Women have partnered with Avanade to host a Breaking Barriers Webinar, which aims to encourage young women, in late high school or university, to pursue careers in STEM fields. The Webinar explores the issue of the vast underrepresentation of women in STEM and highlights the many benefits that would result if this problem was addressed. Through the Webinar, the Australian National Committee and Avanade hope to encourage and nurture young women’s interest in STEM and to provide them with advice and inspiration to assist with the pursuit of a career in one of these diverse and exciting fields.
