This Trade Union Training course is aimed at newly converting Part Time Casual teachers and related employees and other eligible members who may be supporting these members to prepare them with the knowledge of their rights at work under the current enterprise agreement in commencing secure employment in 2025.
Members will learn about leave entitlements, related duties, travel and negotiation of agreed teaching programs.
There will be ample opportunities to ask questions and network with other members.
Release/ relief and travel and accommodation will be provided if necessary to eligible members.
