We offer Beginning Teacher Conferences aimed at members who are in their first few years of teaching. Content includes accreditation, planning, programming and differentiation, classroom management and Aboriginal education. These conferences are held at a number of locations throughout the state.

Our annual Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Members Conference is open to all financial Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander members of Federation.

The New Activist Conference is held annually for teachers in their first five years of teaching (or first 10 years if they hold a Federation position) who are interested in becoming more active within our union.

The Future Teacher Conference is a free professional development opportunity for student members of the union who are about to finish university and enter the teaching workforce. Student members will increase knowledge about critical issues within the NSW public education community.
