"Federation welcomes advice and comment from members via e-mail but please note the following:

1. It is not generally possible to provide a reply via e-mail. The Federation processes your e-mail messages referring them to relevant officers and staff as general correspondence.

2. If you need a response or a reply in writing, please provide your name, membership number and workplace address so that correspondence can be sent by mail or fax. If you are requesting written advice this is essential.

3. Please note that our Communications Room staff provide direct advice and assistance over the telephone from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. This service is not available via e-mail. You can call on (02) 9217 2100, or toll free 1300 654 369.

4. To assist us in ensuring that your e-mail reaches the correct destination in Federation please indicate the nature of the e-mail or subject matter. Please note that articles for the Federation journal should be sent via the dedicated journal e-mail address i.e. journal@nswtf.org.au.

5. E-mails for the membership section advising us of members’ change of address or status or seeking information regarding joining the Federation should be marked "Attention Membership."
