Our member portal has recently been updated.
As part of this update, you will need to create a new password — your previous password will no longer work.
Getting Started
To sign in for the first time or reset your password:
- Visit Federation’s Member Portal
- Click the Forgot password? link on the login page.
- Enter your Member Number when prompted.
- You will receive an email with instructions to set up your new password.
Please note:
- Your username is your Member Number.
- Your new password must be at least 7 characters long and include at least one number.
