This is a two-day course aimed at more experienced Federation Representatives and Women’s Contacts. Other workplace committee members will be eligible to attend if space is available.

Participants will further develop skills relevant to their workplace roles including:

  • public speaking
  • recruitment
  • defining issues and negotiating solutions
  • communicating assertively and managing conflict and
  • using web-based and media technologies for research and communication.

Members need to have completed a Level 1 Workplace Representative training course as a prerequisite. This includes the previously run course, Fundamentals for Federation Representatives and Women’s Contacts.
